Ho-Hum
So much has been going on here lately. So much and at the same time not much at all. Do you know what I mean?
Mehkaelie showed me something cool last night. We have a mirror hanging on our wall and when you shine a flashlight on it from down below it and back a ways, the shadow of the mirror casts onto the wall. It's really neat. It amused me. I tried to get some good pictures of it, but no. No, it wouldn't work for me.
I've been listening to loads of audio books. I don't have time to actually sit down and read any, so audio books are pretty great. I can listen to them no matter what I'm doing. Driving, walking, sitting here at the computer playing Mario or something, cleaning, etc etc etc. Love it. My most favorite of all so far is the Twilight Series . The new and final book is coming out just a few days before my birthday, can't wait for that. There is also going to be a movie, Twilight, that comes out at the end of this year. I also really enjoyed The Host by the same author, Stephenie Meyer. What else.. James Patterson's Womens Murder Club series is really good. If you can handle the language and the way too detailed details about the gruesome crimes and such. These things really don't bother me too much so I thoroughly enjoyed them. I finished that series (7 books!) they're not super long, but not short either. I have not-so-recently finished his young adult series Maximum Ride. These were also very good. Different, but really good. I'll have to listen to them again sometime. I still have quite a few other books to get through but right now I'm listening to Ink Heart by Cornelia Funke. Cute so far. It's also going to be a movie at the beginning of 2009. So many "teen" books going on! Ah well. I like them. What can I say?
Anyway .. I don't really have a lot to ramble about, I just wanted to tell someone about my audio book addiction. So, blog it was!
Now I'm going to go link back to all these things I've mentioned.
